Refund/Return Policy

RETURN

  • Return will be processed only if: 
    • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
    • the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
    • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact and the accessories therein).
    • Requisites for refund:
      • In case of defective product received: Only product image is required;
      • In case of Wrong product received: Both product & Tag images required;
      • In case of Product is different from what is shown on the website/doesn’t look the same – Only product image required;
      • In case of Incomplete order received: Both product & Tag image is required.
    •  No return or refund on artwork unless it is damaged. If damaged, painting will be replaced or refunded

    • Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect product ordered;
    • Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy;
    • In case you have purchased an item, which has a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well;
    • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Gift boxes are not applicable for exchange.
    • Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products or damaged products are received by the customer. However, the Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny;
    • Return Intimation: You can Email us at art.ankitagupta@gmail.com within 24 hours of the product having been delivered. 

REFUND

  • We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 
  • Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 10-12 business days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways.
  • For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to defective products delivered or any other reason), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be done through NEFT.
